1. Apply current evidence and guideline-based strategies to select first-line and individualized therapies for patients with symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).
2. Evaluate current and emerging evidence for cardiac myosin inhibitors in special HCM populations, including pediatric patients and individuals with non-obstructive HCM.
3.  Describe the therapeutic pipeline for HCM, including next-generation cardiac myosin inhibitors, sarcomere modulators, and novel metabolic or disease-modifying approaches such as SGLT-based therapies.
