HCMS members have complimentary access to the HCMS Scientific Sessions. All attendees must be properly registered through the AHA registration portal, Only 350 registrations are available so act quickly.

Promo codes will be emailed to members the week of June 23.  Only 350 registrations are available so act quickly. 

• If your membership in the HCM Society is current and  you've misplaced your promo code, please email info@hcmsociety.org and it will be emailed to you again. 
• If your membership is due for renewal, a renewal invoice will be generated and sent to you automatically 90 days before your membership expires. Once you pay the invoice, a promo code will be emailed to you. If you want to renew early (more than 90 days before your membership expires) staff can generate your invoice and send it to you. For questions or to request early renewal please email inof@hcmsociety.org.
• If you are a speaker or moderator AHA will coordinate your registration in mid-July; HCMS will not be able to provide you a promo code.

To register, using your promo code, login to the AHA registration portal. If you're not already an existing AHA member,  you can create a free account. Once you've accessed or confirmed your free AHA account via multi-factor authentication, you can login and access the registration form. You'll see the following: 

Insert the promo code the office has provided you where indicated above to receive your complimentary registration to the HCMS Scientific Sessions.  Registration for the AHA Scientific Sessions is also available at a charge.
